Fantastic support. Customer service reached out to me after I made an error in my order, and had it corrected before it shipped.

I live in northwest PA. I thought my order would take a couple weeks. But, much to my surprise, I received it in less than one week even in lieu of the Labor day holiday! Very pleased

The wheelchair support worked as advertised.

They ordered and provided service as they said they would do.

Accurate Description and on time

Dave, the gentleman that helped me was very helpful. He asked good questions that made it easier for me to give him the information he needed to fulfill my order. Deliver was very fast. Unfortunately I needed to order two of the items I was looking for (thankfully they were on sale, which is the real reason I bought 2). The K/I wheelchair cover replacement that I need for my husband is poorly made, and falls apart when washed. I did contact the company and got no satisfaction with my complaint. I am hoping to get a different company when we can get a new chair in October of 24. This issue really has nothing to do with the experience I had working with Dave to get my replacements. This is the second time I have ordered through the DME Hub, and I have been very satisfied with the service I receive.
