I'm giving three stars for the tires they're exactly as advertised I'm only giving three stars because I also ordered inner tubes both of which popped upon inflating and I had to put my old inner tubes into my wheelchair

Left brake has straight push handle. Right brake has curved push handle. Not a matching pair.

The swivel saddle does not come close to fitting this wheelchair. We are told the older swivel saddle has been disconued. The gentleman who helped was up front with me that the part may not be the right size, but I had not idea how right he was! I think parts to your wheelchairs should always be available, no matter how old they are. Discontinuing a part to a wheelchair that may be in good working condition doesn't represent the company very well.

Unfortunately they ship via "snail mail". Items ordered were missing parts and did not come with installation directions.

I've ordered from DMEHub in the past and had good experiences, but this time I ordered and got a defective caster wheel. The catch is that if I send it back, I have to pay return shipping and a return fee. Ends up being more expensive than just keeping the defective caster.

The Action Pilot cushion I received has a strong moldy toxic odor. This is my third Action Pilot cushion and I don't recall it smelling so strongly. I shudder to think of what comprises the gel inside. The cover says "made in the USA". I am not sure of the actual cushion. I have had it for several days and the odor has not subsided. It is in my better chair which I use when leaving my home. When I enter the room with that chair, the odor from the cushion just hits me hard. I hope it subsides soon.

The first review I rated 5 stars. The second review the same. But since NO + ONE from your company will return my calls and/or emails now that I want to return an unused shower commode which is too big for the doorway and the shower, I feel you only deserve 3 stars. If you ask me again I will really give you a bad review. Your customer service was excellent when I was buying a $1495 shower chair but when I want to return it????? Terrible customer service. One week tomorrow I have been waiting for a reply!
