Tyler quickly understood exactly what I needed to restore an older (2008) custom wheelchair to use. DME Hub had the hard-to-find parts in stock and shipped them from Oregon to Florida in two days. The shipment arrived in perfect condition and the contents were precisely correct to what I ordered.

I got a call the day after I placed my order, to make sure I was ordering the right items. The guy I spoke to was knowledgeable, polite and helpful. My items arrived very quickly and were exactly what I needed. SO much easier than going through a repair agency.

This company is the best, just call them, give them the serial number off your wheelchair and like magic they send you the exact parts that fit your chair. The service is fast and you get just what you need. Thankyou!
