Thank you Fay Day for your valuable feedback. We did indeed ship the order as promised on July 21st via 2-Day Air Delivery. It appears as though FedEx had an unexpected delay at a routing center. The package is scheduled for delivery today (July 26th) and hopefully will arrive before your son's departure. If the package does not get delivered in time, we will reship the parts to Australia at no additional expense to you. We will also refund the $25.00 express shipping upgrade you paid and collect a refund from FedEx for the untimely delivery. I apologize for the inconvenience.This appears to be something entirely out of our control but will work with you to resolve it in the fastest way possible. Thanks again. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with the items mentioned in the review about your new TiLite wheelchair but glad to know you think the chair is nice. A wheelchair seat cushion is not included with the wheelchair but it is offered on our website when purchasing the wheelchair. You selected "None" in the wheelchair cushion selection section. We carry many types of cushions from all the major brands on the market. Visit our website or call for more detailed information. The handrims equipped on the chair are the only type offered with your rear wheel selection. We apologize for the misunderstanding with this feature. The handrims are made from the same high quality material, the color of the metal is the only difference. The backpack you received is a new style offered by TiLite and we appreciate your comment about the material. It can be returned for a full refund if it does not meet your satisfaction. Thanks again.
