Great professional customer service sales Reps.. The team at DME Hub are knowledgeable, very helpful, respectful, and product is delivered when it's expected every time. A personal 5 star mention to DME Rep. named Tyler. I needed a replacement part for my W/chair from the local representative Numotion Dealer here in town. What a big mistake that was. After weeks gone by and with my intervention help in contacting Permobil /TI customer service I thought we got the part ready for order by Numotion settled. I waited for a while thinking it was ordered. When I finally called and left 2 voicemails and on the 3rd time spoke to an assistant asking for a return phone call for the delivery date of part shipment, no one ever called me back (so unprofessional). That's when I called DME. Tyler found me my part ASAP and said it could be delivered in 5 days, I said Do It. Tyler was a class act. Part was delivered in 5 days! The moral of this story is: if you want excellent professional help in getting the right parts found and delivered when they say they will then call DME Hub. These guys are the Pro's.

I worked with Dan on my most recent call. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. I have always had great experiences with them. They understand the need for immediate assistance so that people who use wheelchairs can get back to living their lives. I highly recommend DME Hub for any wheelchair needs.
