I got efficient service placing my order over the phone. The representative helped me find the specific parts I needed to replace on my chair, looking up my serial number on Tilite site to confirm. Several days later when I needed to make an addition to the order and expedite shipping she contacted Tilite and got it done. When I noticed I was charged for both regular and expedited shipping it was promptly corrected. Parts worked fine, I’d use DMEhub again!
