My wheel arrived with a flat tire. I contacted DME and was told that they would send a replacement inner tube which I would have to have put on at my own expense. Disappointing.

The wheelchair backpack is as depicted, but your prices are high; unfortunately, no one else I checked has it in stock.

most replies to questions, order confirmations take several days to get an answer and sometimes a couple follow up emails to get replies back.

Brake part was very over-priced for a plastic part assembly, but service was good. This design must be a money - maker for tilite and DME Hub since they are pone to breakage and over priced. I will be looking for a different brand in aluminum next time one breaks

Sent wrong part and took a couple days to resolve. Gave me free shipping on next order, which is nearly ten dollars.

I received the wrong size cushion. Reported this and asked how to return and get the right size. Sent pictures of the box and the cushion label. They are in the process of resolving the error.

The reason I gave only 3 stars is the way they packaged my wheelchair tires. The bent them over and zip tied them together and then wrapped a thin plastic sheeting for the shipping container around the folded tires. Remind, they have a metal band around each edge that gets bent also. Every other company I bought tires from had cardboard box for shipping.
