DMEHub.net is a breath of fresh air. Normally, from other companies online or even local stores, ordering parts is very difficult to get a response for critical information. Then the prices, especially at the local stores, are very, very high because the market is small and yet the individual need is off the charts. In other words, what we need is very critical to our daily LIVING, but the customer is not the whole of the population: this means in the business world, price go up and service goes down. DMEHub.net is a breath of fresh air. Their prices are reasonable, if not great. Their email response time is unlike any company with whom I have dealt. Their shipping out is crazy quick. Tracking numbers are provided. I will use DMEHub.net for many years to come.

Have received one of the best customer service. Received my quotes as promised if not the same day than the next (which happens really rare). If there is a delay i get notified imminently. Love them, amazing company to work with.
