Good price for a good tire, I would purchase again if I need some tires

The person I talked with knew his products, very professional and even gave hardware for my order I didn’t know I needed. If I need any more wheelchair parts in the future, and I’m guessing I will, DME Hub will be the first people I contact.

I am an over 70 year old female and was dreading trying to repair my 12 year old tilite without a service tech. Tyler who was out phone contact was fabulous. He clearly explained everything I needed, how to install item, breakout diagrams to identify broken parts, researched the chair model from 2000 and offered to coach my husband if needed. He was completely knowledgeable, patient, willing to accept several phone calls to problem solve. If all your staff is this great, everyone should use this outfit to help keep our ti lite chairs stay in brand new state. Fabulous chair fabulous tech support. I was really impressed. Thank you.

Quality products at a good price and reasonable prices for shipping. My only complaint is they used a large box for a small part so it wouldn't fit in my mailbox so I had to go to the post office to pick it up.
