I tried to get my local wheelchair company to come out to me to change the bearings on my caster forks. Weeks went by and being totally frustrated, I called TiLite directly. They referred me to DME. I called them and the customer service and care I received was unmatched. Tyler talked me through the process of changing the parts myself. I am a disabled woman that hasn't done any repairs on my chair. My husband always does but he is away on business. He directed me to the TiLite website and showed me the page of instructions. I ordered the bearings from him and they arrived only a couple of days later. I haven't done the repair yet but I am not expecting any problems doing so. I highly recommend this company. You will be treated with utmost respect and assisted in a timely manner.

The opinion says it all regarding DME Hub. Tyler knew what was available specific to TiLite. The pack for the back of the wheelchair is a good size but unfortunately lacks the padded section for a laptop or tablet which is generally a part of back packs.

As a quadriplegic,, I become really STUCK when my equipment breaks down... and unfortunately, most medical suppliers only SELL the equipment and they don't help you when you need replacement parts... and that's exactly what happened to me when my shower chair broke down... All the authorized dealers in my state said they can sell me a new shower chair but they don't sell replacement parts... WoW... But then I went on the Internet and found Tyler at "DMEHUB.NET"... and he went out of his way to help me and even though he was located 3,000 miles away... he gave me the best price and I had my new wheels in ONLY 4 DAYS.... which is OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and I now know Tyler and HDMEHUB is a company I can depend on and recommend!

Was time to upgrade my wheelchair with new components. Ordered Spinergy Spox wheels from Tyler and his team (DME Hub). Communications between us were quickly replied to and would recommend DME Hub to anyone looking to enhance their ride. Freight, even to oversees was extremely reasonable, and look to future transactions with them.

My requests for parts for a shower chair were handled very quickly and correctly. I couldn't be happier.

Purchased a wheelchair online which came with low tires. I blew them up to the specified psi and within an hour had blown both of them out. Purchased a new pair of inner tubes on line, blew them up with nearly 20 lbs less air then suggested and still blew one of them out. I then went the route of solid rubber inserts and couldn't be happier. Never again will I have to be bothered with a blow out and a pop that sounds like a fire cracker.
