I purchased an older model wheelchair online. I have no clue about any of the parts and was having the most difficult time looking for a replacement hub. I contact the manufacturer who referred me to DME Hub and within a week all the pieces to make me ROLL properly were here. Dave talked me thru my issues and after emailing him pictures of my chair he was able to find the proper parts. This is my first manual wheelchair and by DME hub having the right pieces saved me over $1000. Now Im able to have a better quality of life with this small piece of independent. The customsr service rep was professional regarding a posslibel return. The item was supposed to br rerouyrd back to the company but showed up at my home after all. Well we were glad because this product is hard to find in local stores and it turned out to be the right choice after 3 othsr sizes and styles. Thank you. 2" riser with open cuts for perenial care front and back is what works All other models are a messy nightmare and wobble.
