Great Customer Service!! Anytime I call about my Ti-lite Wheelchair with questions about what I need to order to fix problems, I get great help!! Their staff are patient with all my questions and I so appreciate it because I'm not mechanical inclined, a 64 yr. old woman and Amputee. Thanks for all your HELP!!

The guy on the phone looked up my chair and knew exactly what parts were on my chair..I was able to order what I needed and it was a no hassle experience…perfect!

Very good customer service. Called and order parts which Orbit Medical seemed clueless about, though Orbit sold us the wheelchair.

Good customer service pretty decent supply of tilite parts. They don't have everything but they have most of the parts that you would need to replace over the years from standard wear and tear.

I ordered new hubs before I left on a flight. They express shipped me hubs quickly and I received them in time for my trip.
