Thank you Oscar for the valuable customer feedback. We sincerely apologize for the complications and delays with your order. The tracking now shows that the correct item has been delivered and the incorrect one has been received by our warehouse. While reviewing your complaint, we have discovered there were multiple mistakes/errors that occurred with your order. Although DME Hub is the seller and authorized dealer for the product you purchased, the item was fulfilled and shipped directly from the manufacturer and it appears that the mistakes originated with them. The first mistake was the incorrect size was sent. Overnight shipping for the replacement item was requested and the shipper did not follow that request. In reference to the shipping cost for the return of the incorrect item. Our records indicate that a return shipping label was sent. Therefore, there should have been no cost associated with the return. If there was a problem with the return shipping label and you were charged for the shipping, please contact one of our customer support staff and your account will be refunded. The wheelchair part you ordered is not a stock item and usually takes about 3 to 5 business days to ship out. Your order shipped in 8 business days. The tracking information has been sent to you in a separate email. The supplier actually makes the part "in-house" and has been experiencing recent delays with production and order fulfillment. Unfortunately, the mobility industry, much like many other industries in the USA and around the world is still struggling with supply chain and workforce related issues/delays. DME Hub considers delays with mobility products to be a serious matter and is working with its suppliers to ensure customer orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible. We have also been making every possible effort to stay in communication with customers regarding order status and estimated ship dates.
