Fast and friendly

I ordered soft roll front casters for my TiLite ZRA but unfortunately the weren't compatible with my chair. Tyler, the customer rep I spoke to was very nice and knowledgeable. He informed me that since my chair has a single sided fork the only compatible caster would be the TiLite model.
