Super good folks, but super chill and forgetful. I may get my order I placed in late May soon. A couple months, but hey...let’s get together and feel alright.

First time ordering from here, and I can already tell that they have great customer service. I got a call from David just to check if I made the right choice for my wheelchair. Very thoughtful gesture. I will definitely order from here again if ever needed. Thank you for the outstanding customer service.

An unmentionable airline managed to disassemble the competition wheelchair of one of USA's wheelchair fencing team members, then lost the axles. I found DME Hub and ordered four axles to have a spare set. They shipped priority mail and tracking info indicated they were out for delivery and then status changed to delayed. I was using a set of loaner axles from one of Utah's wheelchair tennis players, so wasn't in crisis mode. I filled out paperwork at the local post office. Nothing happened. Weeks went by. I went back to the post office and was told to give up and talk to the vendor. I called Tyler late Friday and told him the story. He said most people had gone home already, but I would get the axles early next week. They were delivered to my house mid-day Sunday. I didn't see the driver, but it wouldn't have surprised me if it was Tyler. Tyler called the next day and left a voicemail saying he was checking to see if I got them even though tracking said they were delivered. Thanks, Tyler!
