Great job, you keep me advised in the process which most companies do a mediocre job of doing. I would love to work for in anyway, as I used to work for Trader Joe’s in management and my own business of instructoring tennis and sales. As a person that bound by a wheelchair 80% of the time because I can’t stand in one place that long, because a doctor gave a bad cortisone shot in my left ankle that gave me osteoporosis in my talus bone.

They where fast and helpful. When I had an issue with not getting an email confirming I bought item and email stating item had been shipped they where on top of it and sent me new emails, then the original ones they had sent out showed up on top of that (so it was not them just a problem on my end). They where nice about the problem and didn't get all huffy (some companies will get rude about it and not send another email with the info.) with me, they even apologized though it wasn't their fault. Product was correct for the wheelchair and we appreciated that it arrived so quickly and we just went with their free shipping (though I know how quickly things show up depends on your location to the supplier, BUT they seem to make the effort to get it out quickly from the time they received my order without extra day or more delay before it actually gets shipped).
