Broken bearing. Easy fix.
I broke a bearing on my manual wheelchair. My DME provider no longer handled that brand of chair. I searched online and found several bearings on dmehub.net. I called them, spoke with the first person that answered the phone (Dave), told him what brand and model of chair I had, and he instantly told me which bearings I would need. They hadn't been added to the website yet, but he was in the process of doing so, and I was able to order what I needed. They arrived within a few days and I was able to make the repair myself. Once I found their site, the entire experience was easy. My local DME provider had been unsure how they were going to have to proceed; they now have this site bookmarked as well.
