product info is not complete, search bar doesnt display all products, products are wrong sorted, you need more filters, tracking products is not complete for orders parcialy shipped

The Representative told me that there was a no return policy, something about sanitary issues. ( I called her using the number on the invoice). I gave the original cushion cover (which was the incorrect size that I ordered) to a friend who needed a cover. No good deed goes unpunished.... I reordered a new cover in the correct size. The Representative needs to be offered some specific training. I purchased this for my son who would not have been able to navigate her bad cuatomer service. He has used a ROHO for at least 20++ years.

It seems that you originally spoke with a representative from the factory about making the return, not a representative from DME Hub. The representative from DME Hub did indeed authorize a return and provided an RMA number but it is our understanding that you had already donated it in good faith to another person. I placed an order in june and still haven't received it. Takes a long time to get some parts otherwise I would give a better review... Update ok finally received some of the order so ill up the review a bit. Shipping is slow but might not be their fault

I was on site for Mariner parts. I wanted arm rests for my Mariner shower/commode chair. I received arm rests for my regular wheelchair. I would like to have a return label so I could return them. Thank you Brian Mavromatis
