Purchased wrong type of tires on 9/24/22. Talked to representatives by phone for direction how to return it. Sent tires back and still didn't get refund.

It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't send me e-mail after e-mail asking me to review them. So fine they're not getting a good review because they wanted to bother me over a really basic transaction.

You need to use a different shipping provider. USPS is ridiculous how slow they are. Make UPS or FedEx an option even, if it costs more. 5 days for product delivery???!!!….. insane!!!

I spoke with a CSR on why delay my order, He explained KI is 10 day turnaround, Well, it’s over that time and still no product, The price is great, but, the need and urgency for replacement parts of vital, in stock supplies is very disconcerting.
