My daughter has a hand-me-down wheelchair to use when she is out and about in the community. We had a piece break on it that we needed replaced but we knew the insurance wouldn't cover. We were referred to DME hub to try to order the piece. From start to finish we had the piece in our home within about eight days. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. When the part did not ship as quickly as they told us it would ship we had an email the same day explaining what was happening and that it would not leave their desk until they figured out when the piece was shipped. I would absolutely refer friends to DME.

I erroneously double orders brakes. Tyler caught it and took the time to call me to correct. Will do business with again. Well done Tyler!!!

Tyler was helpful in letting me know that the specific colour that I ordered would take longer, but that another colour could ship immediately. Always good to know :)

DME Hub has been awesome. They had the lowest prices of any site I could find. When I ordered the part it had me put in the serial number of my wheelchair. I got a call from customer service to make sure I had ordered the right thing. Turns out, I ordered a part with the hardware when I already had the hardware and only needed the part. They saved me $90!! And shipping was super fast. I got the part in like 2 days when it shipped. I will definitely be ordering from them again. I was very impressed with their customer service.
