No issues. Produce as shown

good price, fast shipping. Glad I went with their recommendation for stainless steel bearings-my old ones were rusted to stems and needed to be cut off.

A little slow but was told they were out of stock and they took care of it quickly .

I ordered the wheelchair toolkit and it arrived quite quickly. I was impressed with the quality and it is nice and compact, I can just slip it into whatever bag I’m using and it takes up almost no space. It’s got some really versatile tools specifically for wheelchairs, not your typical multi tool. And the pouch keeps it all together. At first I didn’t care for the pictures of the tools on the pouch—until I was missing a couple tools on a group build and the pictures told me exactly which ones I needed to look for. Plus, it was on sale, so what can I say? I bought it as a reward to myself for passing the ATP exam and I’m really happy with it.

The part i needed for my Tilite was listed, however there are many different style caster caps. And mine was not available. I left a message, the next business day i recieved a phone call and through the superb patience and knowledge of the representative. Tracked down and ordered this piece. #clutchCusTomerSErVice
