Fast and easy

Excellent as usual.

As most wheelchair users know we often can't wait around to long to get the parts we need to keep moving. This is the first time I've ordered from DME Hub and I was so impressed with how fast they got my order processed and delivered. I would use them again in the future.

I ordered some upgraded parts for my Ti Lite chair, I didn't know that some of the parts I ordered were not compatible with my older chair. DME Hub technical staff called me, we talked about what I wanted to do, they helped me decide the best parts to purchase to upgrade my chair, corrected my order, and shipped the parts that evening. The cost of my revised order was less than I started with, so I saved a little money, but most of all they saved me from ordering incorrect parts that I would have had to return which would have further delayed fixing my chair. Very knowledgeable and helpful!

The help I got from David was very helpful, although I haven't received my cushion yet. He was very apologetic for the prior mix up I r received from another employee.

This is a fantastic company. They are extremely knowledgeable so when you are ordering a part they can offer valuable suggestions. Shipping is fast and their prices are reasonable. I love doing business with them.
