Great company! We ordered the wrong size hip guards. They called us to double check the wheelchair brand and made sure we received the correct items.

When I called to order bearings for my wheelchair, the customer service person explained to me exactly what I needed to know about which size I needed and the placement of the bearings. With the serial number he gave me the correct sets and suggestions on how to remove the old bearings. I received the delivery one day before the delivery date. DME Hub’s service department is excellent, helpful and friendly. This was the first time, I tried to change bearings myself and the person with whom I spoke was not demeaning but encouraging! Thanks!
