Tyler was great! I had an urgent need. He outlined the entire process. i.e. where my order would originate from, who the carrier was going to be, and most importantly, accurately depicted when it would arrive! He didn’t try and “sugar coat” his answer do to my pressing need, he “gave it to me straight.” I really respect that!
