When I purchased the quick release hub for my Invacare A-6S from your website it states "useable area" for the length of the hub. There is no description that I could find to help me decide which length my hub actually was. Then I also thought that your shipping charges for 200 miles was extremely expensive. Had I not needed one so bad I would have found a different place to purchase from. Especially since it took 7 days for shipping.

DME Hub was the only carrier of the ActiveAid Adjustable Height Raised Toilet Seat. It is pricey and not as functional as it could/should be. *Recommendation: If a side rail attached to the support legs (either left or right side) would allow the user to bear weight on and push up so to position the sitting posture. The firm but appropriate seat (foam cushion) is properly encased in sturdy waterproof plastic. The seat cut out is very suited for a paraplegics specific needs. The maximum extension of the telescoping legs accommodate my 75" height. Shipping rate and speed of delivery was acceptable.

I emailed a question and was pleasantly surprised when I received a response within minutes. I did have some trouble ordering online I think there was a problem with the system because I tried a few days later and everything went smoothly. The product I ordered came very quickly. It was great!

Brakes came as promised. No surprises. Would buy from again.

Shipment of my order was very quick. They are friendly and informative. I would do business with this company again.

I have known Mr. Tyler Wright for many years now and I trust his help and recommendations, but the shippers involved in shipping items can improve their shipping methods by using bubble wrap to keep the items stationary while being shipped. Just my recommendation but I would gladly recommend DME Hub to anyone! Thank you!
