Tyler is a great person to take orders and I've known him for many years. I knew Tyler even before he worked at DME Hue. Nevertheless, I received a 25th year catalog just after I placed my latest order. The following has nothing to do with Tyler, he is a GREAT employee and I have a great nothing but HIGH marks for him. But after getting Sportaid's 25th issue, I noticed the price for what I order was different. E&J shower chair seat at DME Hub was $195 whereas Sportaid's price was $167. The $28 difference is a BIG Savings to a person like me.

I gave a 4 because I had to contact DME Hub about whether my order had gone through. They responded immediately and were apologetic. My order came on the day they said and I’m very happy with my order and the response from the company.

Web site would not accept my credit card security code (or anything else, for that matter) in the box for it. Called to place order. That went fine. The representative was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Also, no waiting to talk with him. Without the security code problem the rating could have been five stars.

Very good prices, just took 2 deliveries in order to get my things.

The Pearson who helped me was very knowledgeable and very adaptable.

For my experience shopping DME Hub it’s good. They call me about my order to checked if it’s the right bearing I’m getting. I have found a new place where to get parts of my wheelchairs now. I forgot the name of that got who’s taking my order. He is a good man so accommodating. I I give 4 stars.
