I found the person who took the order was very aware of the product, explain differences, and made me feel comfortable with making it order. I appreciated that the associate explained the differences in sizes and helping me feel comfortable with my purchase. Excellent company to do business with.

Dave at DME Hub is the best. He is patient and knowledgeable. It is hard to find good people in the world today that will go above the norm. Dave has been that kind of person for my mother and I. I need a to modify a 20” PDG wheel chair to a 16-18 inch chair. I worked with the PDG co. In Vancouver, and they connected me with DME HUB. Dave was willing to accommodate me in purchasing and shipping the needed parts. (Mind you we took our time to save our money to do so - almost 2yrs!) and Dave still had our order from then, as we put in our order with Dave and being the kind person he is, he asked questions of us regarding measurements to make sure we were still on the same page with that. If there was a 10 star rating, I would give it! DME Hub has been the biggest help to our family. I would hope you choose Dave @ DME Hub if you need to do business. 👍 we’re happy we did! T. I have never been disappointed. Dave called and explained a few changes to my order because NuMotion gave me an invalid seriel number to my old chair. This company has always been great. I appreciate their customer service. They make complicated things easy.....order from them!!!
