DME provided excellent customer service. Twice they had to go back to the vendor to correct a problem. I know they cannot control the vendor, but they worked the problem quickly and made sure we got our product as quick as possible. Would highly recommend them.

The order was for 2 replacement high mount wheellocks for my Quickie 2 wheelchair. They were received as promised and packaged very nicely. They had good and plain instructions how to install them. Very nice experience with your company.
