I just wish I could have talked to someone on a follow up to install. Had a tough time

I was set to give DME HUB a 3 star rating because the first and second sales reps were unable to understand what I needed nor were they able to draw from their knowledge base to suggest something in the ballpark of what I needed. The third person I talk to not only understood what I needed, he referred to a drawing showing the item as well. Long story short, I received my order, it is exactly the OEM part I needed. You could say that person hit a home run. And now the score is 4 STARS.

The mounting bracket I purchased is not the same style as original and does not accommodate the arm rest

I got what I ordered; yet, you sent me an email for a review before the tires actually arrived. With the holidays all mail was slow so I'm sure that did slow my delivery. Now they've arrived I can give a good review.
