Dave was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. After constantly struggling and experiencing repeated delays from my 'preferred provider' DME bureaucracy, Dave went the EXTRA mile, sent me schematics and videos on how to install the parts I needed and was even willing to talk my husband through the installation. While chatting with Dave, I learned he has been in the business for awhile and that history and expertise is hard to come by. He's got a customer for life!

Donating a rigid frame wheelchair to a friend who was in an accident that left him a paraplegic. While inflating the tires, a tube blew out. I needed a new one ASAP. I called done and talked to a young lady who is so helpful. Got the new tubes in two days. Couldn’t have been happier.
