I called looking for a roho covers and they were able to help me quickly

This is my first time ordering from DMEHub. On-line ordering was easy but I didn't get a confirmation of my order right away so I worried that it had not gone through. I put in the order late on a Friday and emailed Tyler to make sure my order had been received. He sent a reply on Monday that it had indeed been received. I'm not sure if that was a glitch in their system (to not send me an order confirmation) or if that is something they need to fix. I would have given 5 stars except that I worried all weekend that my order had not been received. Tyler's reply to my email was reassuring. I would definitely use this company again.

I ordered a great product that was delivered to me quickly. My only complaint is the expense of the product. I'm talking, paying $600 for an item that could be sold for a hundred and profit still be made.

Although email went unanswered, problem was quickly cleared up after I called.

Good service. Seemed to take a bit longer to arrive, but that could be fault of the mail service. Will continue to use DME Hub.
