Sent me the wrong size axles
I called in the phone and ordered the 4 inch axles, I was sent 4 1/4 again which I had previously returned. I had a feeling there might be a problem, because the first confirmation I got had 4 1/4 listed. When I called them, the lady said it was just a typo and will send me a new invloice indicating they are the 4 inch axles. I do get the new invoice, however, it appears the wharehouse shipped off the first invoice. So frustrating. I am done with DME Hub.

Dear Customer. Our records indicate 4" axles were shipped to you and we sincerely apologize if you received the incorrect ones. There are different methods of measuring axles and we believe our way to be the most accurate. Our axles are adjustable and sometimes require a slight adjustment to fit the specific wheelchair and wheel type. We tried to reach out to you by telephone to discuss the issue and find out if this is just a simple misunderstanding but got your voice mail.
