Good service but receiving the items took almost a month!

I ordered two flat head screws and two end caps for single forks for a Tilite. I received exactly what I ordered. After speaking with customer service and making sure all parts fit my chair, shipping and delivery were very good!

What I needed arrived timely and well packaged.

I’m happy with DME Hub! I purchased wheelchair tires, wheelchair sideguards, and a Rojo cushion online. The online process was easy and shipping was quick. The only thing that prevents me from giving five stars is the fact that one of the tires I received was the wrong size. I quickly called DME customer service and they took care of the issue without hesitation. During my phone call concerning that issue I asked for some advice concerning some other products and they were very helpful and pleasant to speak with. I will continue to use DME Hub when I purchase other wheelchair equipment and parts. Thank you!

After some initial confusion, Tyler and team really stepped up and even advanced shipped some parts to me at their expense. Good vendor to work with for those who DIY their repairs own their wheelchairs and need parts.

Overall they had the knowledge to assist me with my situation. I received my order pretty quickly too.
