I ordered a seat cushion jell replacement last Tuesday. Shipping said overnight option =$65. Im a quadrapeligic and needed it as I was going away on vacation Sunday (5 days later). I t didn't arrive in time. This is a deceptive practice and I'm furious I got charged $65 for overnight shipping. Never using them again.

The caster wheel bearings I ordered were woefully overpriced. They are generic skateboard bearings available at a fraction of DME Hub's price from numerous sources. Had I known I would never have ordered from DME Hub. In my opinion, this is reprehensible and takes advantage of disabled people. I will never do business with them again. DME Hub's response (below) doesn't satisfy me. i guess all wheelchair vendors overprice their parts. The bearings I received from DME Hub are clearly labeled "608 ZZ Skateboard Bearings". Clearly they aren't some special wheelchair quality bearings.

I have still not received the order that I placed several weeks ago.

I bought a wheelchair cushion recommended by DME Hub (Jay Union). The cushion was $310 and did not work well for me. I returned it two days after receiving it. Today I received a credit for $248.00. So..... it cost me $62.00 (probably some restock charge) and $24.61 to send it back. Total cost to me is $86.61 for a cushion that I tried out for about 3 hours. To say I am angry is an understatement! This is pure theft. TiLite recommended DME Hub to me so I will report this to them tomorrow but in the meantime.... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Haven't received order and no date set yet but they have already charged my account. I called and lady was very pleasant said product coming from manufacturer but no shop date did voice my displeasure at already being on charge she said would E-Mail me updates none yet

Even after calling customer service and providing them with my chair's serial number to ensure that I got the correct parts, the parts that were recommended by the company do not fit on my chair and they're not returnable. My advice is go to a local bike shop and have someone who knows a bit about what they're doing and look at the parts that you need.
