I've ordered from DMEhub many times. I check here first when I need anything for my chairs. Customer service is what makes ordering from here worth it. Dave is amazing and always willing to answer questions. If they don't have a part you need, contact and usually they can order it for you. My most recent order was not on their site. Rather than pay an exorbitant price going through my ATP, I contacted DMEhub. Dave emailed back and about a day later I got a quote and an order link. I'm always impressed and only wish I could give even more stars
