Unacceptable shopping experience.
It was my first order with DME Hub. I did not receive a confirmation email when I placed the order it gave me an error message. When I followed up with a phone call they called me the same business day and confirmed that my order was received. They promised me that they will send me tracking information for my package and I should receive it within 5 business day. I did not receive any confirmation of shipment until I followed up 4 business day post my order. I was provided with tracking number 5 business day after the order was placed and it stated that the "Label was created with UPS". I am not satisfied with how my order was handled.
