This was my first order from DME, I was going to order from the web site but couldn't find the brakes extension that I needed for my Quickie 2 xl wheelchair. Then I called and was greeted with a very friendly person (can't remember his name), I asked if thy carried the extension for the brakes that I wanted to order, he checked and they did and had them in stock then he got me registered and completed my order within a few minutes. Fantastic customer relations with my experience, and product delivery was as expected and as ordered.
