Quick delivery a bit pricey for delivery.

Friendly customer service when I reached out to question about my order being shipped out. Can’t say much about the product yet since I do not have it at this point. The 7 to 12 days are not up yet for delivery. Will follow up after the 12 days

I ordered a side guard for my tilite aero z. It came quickly but it is larger than the left side. There was no information about sizes on the website. Live and learn.

Great customer service sadly usps lost my package.

My item took a long time to get in stock from the supplier, but DME Hub kept in touch with me and explained some of the things that were slowing things down, and when the item finally did arrive to them, they shipped it out the same day. So even though it was long, I felt in good hands.

The customer service has been exceptional and they were readily available to answer my questions. The products were well priced and delivered in a timely manner.

The service was good so far but can’t really say anymore at this point as I haven’t received my order yet!

I ordered a new back for my chair and I hadn’t gotten yet. So I called and Dave went out of his way to help me with my order. I then had him help me with some other issues with my chair. Very professional I will buy from these guys again.
