The item you ordered normally ships out within 2 to 3 business days as indicated on our website. It appears your order shipped out 2 days later than normal. We sincerely apologize for the delay. It seems that our supplier was busier than usual at the time of order fulfillment causing a 2 day delay of the shipment. As a courtesy for the inconvenience this has caused, DME Hub has refunded the shipping charge you paid on this order. We hope you will find this to be a satisfactory arrangement. Greetings customer. We have reviewed your complaint and requested documentation and notes for your order from DME Hub customer support. We have determined there was no error made by DME Hub with the fulfillment of your order. The tires featured on the DME Hub website are clearly specified using both the imperial (22"x 1") and metric (25-501) numbers needed to order the correct size tires. The DME Hub phone number for customer support is also included on every tire product page if there is a need to speak to a tire specialist for assistance with ordering the correct size tires/tubes. Agreed, $45.00 does seem like a high price to pay to return the tires. DME Hub was only billed $14.88 by the shipping carrier for your delivery. There is clearly a big discrepancy with that.
