I already filled out a survey with feedback so this is rather redundant. The website had misinformation about shipping costs and when that was straightened out I was 2-3 days for delivery I got an email a week later confirming it was delivered it never was. So, needless to say I'm very displeased and will not be ordering things from here anymore. If it had been something other than wheelchair parts I may have not cared so much but I count on my chair and I was in desperate need of those wheels I cannot get around otherwise and I have now go and re order somewhere else
