The tracking was good. I was able to go to FedEx website and use the tracking number. But, the driver didn't seek my signature. He just left it on the porch. (The pandemic might have caused FedEx to change their policy for deliveries. But, I added the signature requirement for $5.99). I feel that I added it for nothing.

The merchandise I received was exceptional; however, I did not receive all of it, and I am having a hard time getting everything I paid for. Disappointed… I actually DID contact them and was told I would get a call back.I never got the call back. I have witnesses who saw me open the box. I have the phone records to prove it. This is NOT a false claim.I also have the emails to prove it. If this is how you do business… Do not go through DJDeals if you have an issue with an order such as missing merchandise. I actually contacted the company, Chauvet, and all I had to do was provide my invoice, and they immediately sent me my missing merchandise. They also said that they never said it was a false claim. I told them what happened, and they did not in any way imply that I had already gotten the merchandise.I often order lighting equipment, and I will go straight through Chauvet next time. Chauvet provided exceptional customer service (not DJDeals)! 5 stars for Chauvet!

Great product. These Eurolite cases are hard to find. Fast delivery and the packaging was better this time but not great. Would recommend DJdeals to anyone.

Amazing Customer Service!!!! I purchased some DJ equipment and had it delivered to Canada as the product is not available here. The product arrived damaged, no fault of DJ Deals, the supplier didn’t package the product adequately. DJ deals went out of their way to make it right, refunded the damaged product and was very responsive through the whole process! I will continue to use DJ Deals in the future, highly recommend this company!!
