I was a little scared after reading some of these reviews but I got my Faderfox mx12 just over a week after ordering it. They are legit. I don't think they store (have in stock) all the merchandise they sell. I think that may be why all the negative reviews... I gave them one less star because I don't think their communication is great. They are difficult to get in touch with. Anyway, I'm happy I got my order sooner than expected.

Great product. These Eurolite cases are hard to find. Fast delivery and the packaging was better this time but not great. Would recommend DJdeals to anyone.

Hi Peter! Procases ships all orders directly to you; and they package all of their shipments in China at the factory, so that's not us packaging them :) We see that you've bought two of these from us, what could we do to make your review of our store 5 stars instead of 4? We do our best to ensure that all of our customers rate us 5 stars and if there's anything we can do to improve our website, we'd love to know!

Hi Gene! Furman apologizes that they were sold out of the Furman M-8X2 for 6 weeks; luckily you were at the tail end of that and only had to wait 6 business days for them to ship!

Long time for the package to get to me

Please refer back to the warning about Sefour on the product page that you ordered from. This is where you review our store, not the manufacturer of the product that you ordered, who shipped the order to you.

Quick, efficient and great communication.

Thanks Carlos! What can we do to make this 5 stars versus 4?

Quality product. Flat rate no special shipping instructions and it took 5 days to even start shipping. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry to get them.

Customer service was excellent, product was shipped in appropriate packaging; well protected. My only complaint was that the shipping process was slow. From the day of ordering it to the day of receipt was 9 days; 6 business days. No fault of yours but what made it worse was that the USPS tracking didn't update between the time the label was created to the time that it was received at the local office. From my end it appeared to have not shipped.

We're sorry that the USPS took so long to ship the package, and that they failed to scan it. We recommend on our FAQ page that buyers choose UPS shipping during checkout. Thanks again for your order!

Arrived in the prescribed time frame. Good pricing. Asked for help with a product issue. Got a response. still not resolved.
