Weird, somehow this customer wasn't aware of the worst global supply chain crisis in human history, or that there was a global pandemic? And somehow missed the giant banners all over the website and in the confirmation emails informing him that the worst global supply chain crisis in human history was happening? Good product but very slow shipping / delivery
Slow delivery -- Ordered the item on June 23rd and received it on August 9th. Six weeks is too long.

Joe must have missed the giant green banner at the top of all 20,000 pages of the website that says: Factories are severely impacted by a global pandemic & manufacturers are extremely backordered. In many cases you must be willing to wait in line 1-6 months for orders to ship.

Delivery was fine
Delivery was fine, but the bag was to big. I thought it was the smaller version. Your return policy is impossible, maybe it’s that way on purpose. Either way doesn’t help. Stay safe

Big Test!
I just received the Acesonic VHF-8012 great buy from DJ Deals; unfortunately one of the microphones while in the charging cradle is not making contact. Following the instructions in the manual, I called Acesonic, the tech support told me that he can’t help me, to go back DJ Deals. Just sent an email explaining the situation with hope that they reply soon with specific instructions to solve this issue. I’ll be more than glad to share the results with all of you. Ernie.

Great prices; confusing website.
I wish the website had a decent search feature, and that it didn't load all of the pictures one-at-a-time when browsing large categories. It was nearly impossible for me to find what I was looking for because the page kept jumping around while the pictures were loading.
