Quality product. Flat rate no special shipping instructions and it took 5 days to even start shipping. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry to get them.

Customer service was excellent, product was shipped in appropriate packaging; well protected. My only complaint was that the shipping process was slow. From the day of ordering it to the day of receipt was 9 days; 6 business days. No fault of yours but what made it worse was that the USPS tracking didn't update between the time the label was created to the time that it was received at the local office. From my end it appeared to have not shipped.

Ordered some headphones and shipment was sent from CA to NY before being sent to me in CO. Consequently, the shipment took longer than it should have. I was sent two different tracking orders and both matched the the info on the package. So, yes, this “guy” (aka “customer”) was clearly confused by the lack of proper shipping information.
