No refrigerator left items in the house from the last tenant most the blinds are broke I need replacing door is not working

Getting a divvy home was so amazing. Everything went fast and quick and I think the over all experience is more than a 5 star

I worked with Deanna Stout as the escrow agent on my most recent transaction. Though there were some issues that arose throughout the process, she and her team came through for the buyer and our brokerage. Great communication! I cannot speak on the sales side of DIVVY homes, or their mortgage department, but title came through in a pinch.

Loved the company

The ease of using the website and the Customer Service is Top Notch. The only critique I have is response time is a little slow at times. In the grand scheme of things, it's not really slow but when certain things have deadlines, I'd like to see it move a little quicker but for the most part, things went well.

It's a pleasant experience your company allows us a second chance to own a home with out all the extra stress and as well divvy is not always breathing down our necks on us to do this and that as we go through the process of ownership you give us the process and patience and time to fully take over when we are ready, I really love the peace living in our home and divvy is not stressing us out of long to do list, divvy just allows us to enjoy without any pressure.

Just the fact of being able to build and prepare for the home purchase process; is a great opportunity Divvy has to offer
