The things that needed to be addressed…
The things that needed to be addressed per our contract within 3 weeks of move in STILL needed to be addressed when we moved out 18 months later.

No PROPER SERVICE
I have been patient with the reply and service request however the fact that there isn’t anyone to directly call when I have a problem and they solve it . I had just moved into my house and I was not given any ideas or instructions on where to find the mailbox, about the garbage schedule pick up and my garage door has not been working properly since we moved in 4 days ago and the maintenance never showed up or called as scheduled.

Divvy was absolutely amazing in getting me into my new home. The process was quick and super easy. I'm only renting but when I am ready to buy, I'm going with Divvy!!!
