I never heard of divvy found out through a family member. I needed to move asap didn’t want to just rent and pay someone else’s mortgage I wanted my own. In a matter of 1 week i was assisted and moved in. It’s so hard to find a lease to own. I would recommend divvy to others.

Divvy did great work to get us our home. The process was very easy and they paired us well with an excellent realtor. The only thing I had issues with was communicating but other then that they get stuff done. I would recommend them to friends and family

The buying process was great! However, the after repairs not so much. I will be contacting Divvy regarding the lack of completion for the (allowance was given) repairs. Also, I received a notice from the HOA for a payment due. It seems to me that the Divvy or buyers address would have been provided to the HOA.

Overall the experience has been good. The only negative is securing repairs in a timely manner. Gladly, most of our issues have been resolved. There are still some unfinished repairs that need to be addressed.
