Dishonest company
Dishonest company. No investment gains in 6 years, can't get my money out and no response from the company. It must be a ponzi scheme.

Ponzi scheme. You will NOT get your money back. Large class action lawsuit pending. BEWARE and STAY AWAY!

This company won't respond to any requests for feedback, they won't pay out any dividends, and they won't return any money put in. I bought back in 2021 and they paid a couple of dividends then went silent. Then in 2024 they responded once and said they would pay out during 2025 but now they won't respond to any emails or in app messages and they won't provide any phone number. Totally dishonest

would give 0 stars if i could. no communication once you hit year 1 or 2. i waited the 5 and how convenient now i can't get ahold to anyone for the return on my investment. i hope they end up with a lawsuit. i definantly will be looking into how to file one.

$50,000, send me my money back! FBI is being contacted. I want my moneys worth, 6-7 years my moneys has been in that guys pocket. Big scam, this will be in American greed eventually. Don’t give any money, website doesn’t work. The responses if they are any, are comical, big fraud ! Stay away.

Not an honest company: they ignore emails, they don't have a plan for customers getting their investments back even after YEARS. Do not give this company your money!

Featured review I initially invested in Reit I in July 2020. I understood that it was illiquid and I would not receive a return on my investment for 5 years. I stopped receiving fund updates in 2024, after receiving the attached letter. Since then, the investor portal has been static, not allowing me access to see how the fund is progressing and what stage it is in. I still receive emails urging me to invest more almost daily, but when I try to contact anyone at the company through the portal, it lands on an error page. I have reached out multiple times on the Diversyfund website and have not received any response. The telephone number listed for them is not working. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and Diversyfund’s response was evasive and did not address my questions, but rather a canned response. This is unacceptable for any investor, accredited or not. I have been investing for many years and have never encountered this lack of communication before. I am also curious who their current registered agent is, since the last one I could find filed for resignation in February of 2025. I want to know why they are not responding or allowing access to our portfolios. If there is something amiss that affects the investors, this should be disclosed. Desired outcome: I would appreciate a personal response pertaining to my investment and access to my portfolio that is in real-time. I want to know the status (stage) of REIT I and if the fund is going to be dissolved in December 2025 as stated.

I invested with them Sep 2020 maturity supposed to be five years before I can withdraw five years came and went. First website gone, phone number disconnected and they don’t reply to emails so good luck if you give them your money. You might as well give your money to an homeless person.
