I love the service and timely feedback
I love the service and timely feedback. Only thing I don't like is the fact that you can't make a recurring payment of less than $500.

Not Good
Not Good - My $ 500 investment was cancelled twice, not understanding why. I'm completely new to investing, Don't know why the results are not appearing as it should be, Need help.

Needs more monitoring tools

Returns don't match what was pitched
Returns don't match what was pitched, lack of details. A little sketchy now that I think about it, shouldn't have done it

Hi Thomas! Thanks for your review!! The Growth REIT is designed to build wealth over an extended period of time. In real estate properties can generate consistent cash flow through mechanisms like rent payments from tenants, this generates the dividends that are automatically reinvested. Another thing to point out is that the underlying value of a property itself can increase, even while that property is generating dividends. The dividend does not reflect the total return of your investment, only the cash-flow from incoming rents. It does not take into consideration the appreciation of the asset that happens over an extended period of time. Your returns will come from both dividends and appreciation.
