Didn't see the fine writing that said this was a 5 year investment, so I can't say whether it was worth it yet, so maybe they should ask for a review in 4.5 years!

Hi there Jeff! Thanks for your review. The Growth REIT like most real estate investments, is illiquid. Investors cannot withdraw funds before the end of the investment term. Therefore, we always recommend making sure you have other liquid funds at hand in case of an emergency. With real estate, time is key and allows the properties to appreciate which ultimately means a higher return for investors. We definitely appreciate the feedback!
